I worked with Karla for over 7 years at Wireless Seismic and she has been a pleasure to work with. Regardless of the situation, Karla would have a smile on her face and a positive outlook. The documentation Karla produced was always top-notch. Karla was technical enough to speak with the engineers about a feature and could translate the content to a user facing document that was understandable by all, including non-technical people. She pitched in to help with anything she could; she’s known as a team player. Karla understood what needed to be done, and she has done an outstanding job of self-management to ensure meeting every deadline. She has also put in extra time on the evenings and weekends when necessary. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Karla again in the future.

Karla has exceptional leadership, organizational and mentoring skills. Karla also his very high standards for the work product she and the other technical writers she leads.
